CECILIA HERRERA ROMO, commercial denomination HOTEL POSADA SANTA FE (hereinafter POSADA SANTA FE) with address in: Jardin de la Union #1, Colonia Centro, Z.C. 36000, Guanajuato, Guanajuato, informs you that is responsible of the privacy and treatment of your personal data, included the sensitive one, that has collected from you, according to the privacy policy of POSADA SANTA FE and the established in the articles 17, fraction II of the Federal Law of Personal Data in Possession of Particulars and 27 of its Regulation. This privacy notice is integral, as foreseen in the articles of the section I, Chapter V, of the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice, published in the Diario Oficial de la Federacion in January 17th, 2013. Personal Data is any information regarding a physical personal identified or identifiable and that is collected by POSADA SANTA FE for the delivering of the services it offers.
Your personal data held by POSADA SANTA FE and that is subject to protection, is the one that has been collected through questionnaires, guarantee cards, staff selection interviews, consents given via phone, writing, electronic means, by filling out documents or through the access to the websites controlled by POSADA SANTA FE that are linked to this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice applies to the personal data collected by POSADA SANTA FE within the United Mexican States. The use of the online website of POSADA SANTA FE is subject to the terms of this Privacy Notice.

The data that, in its case, POSADA SANTA FE obtains from you and that is subject to protection is: (i) full name; (ii) address; (iii) gender; (iv) date of birth; (v) nationality; (vi) social security number; (vii) curp; (viii) contributors federal registry; (ix) telephone number; (x) e-mail; (xi) data related with your credit card in order to make the charges or corresponding guarantees to deliver the lodging service; (xii) occupation; (xiii) professional card; (xiv) passport number; (xiv) fingerprints; (xv) necessary personal information to know your profile through questionnaires, tests or recruiting or staff selection interviews.
We inform you that in order to fulfill the purposes foreseen in this Privacy Notice, the following sensitive personal data will be collected and treated: current and future health and disabilities. We’re committed to treat that data under the strictest safety measures in order to guarantee confidentiality.
In compliance with the established in the article 9 of the mentioned Law, we require your consent for the treatment of your sensitive personal data. As you send us your sensitive personal data through the website of POSADA SANTA FE, you grant your consent and accept this data to be treated according to the terms and conditions established in the present privacy notice.
POSADA SANTA FE reserves the right to make, at any moment, changes or updates to the present privacy notice, in order to comply with reforms, internal policies or new requirements for the delivering or offering of our services and products. These changes will be publicly available on our website, section privacy notice.
A restricted number of employees of POSADA SANTA FE and its subsidiaries or matrix company, certain companies POSADA SANTA FE might have programs with and third parties that POSADA SANTA FE hires to develop activities for POSADA SANTA FE can access to the personal information. POSADA SANTA FE will keep your personal information for as long as it’s necessary in order to fulfill the purposes of treatment of personal data, as well as the applicable Law, the contracts, the policies and the internal procedures of POSADA SANTA FE.
PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE THE ARCO RIGHTS
Unless the law, contract or policies and internal procedures of POSADA SANTA FE forbid it, you have the right to (i) accessing your personal data we possess and the details of its treatment; (ii) rectifying it in case it’s inexact or incomplete; (ii) canceling it when considered that is not required for any of the purposes of the present Privacy Notice; or when is being used for non-consented purposes or in case the contractual relationship or service has ended; (iv) opposing the treatment of it for specific reasons. For the exercise of these rights you have to fulfill the Procedure to request the ARCO rights detailed in this notice.
The mechanism that has been implemented to exercise the ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation or opposition) is to send a request directed to the POSADA SANTA FE Data Privacy Committee, to the e-mail address contacto@posadasantafe.mx directed to Mr. Gerardo Herrera Garcia. In this request you must include all the following elements:

- City and state;
- Relation that you have had with POSADA SANTA FE;

Give any other element or document that eases the location of your personal data.
The time to provide an answer about the determination adopted towards your ARCO request is twenty (20) working days from the moment of the reception of your request, for which the POSADA SANTA FE data privacy committee will send an e-mail of reception of your request.
The previously mentioned time can be extended once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it.

In case you don’t oppose the use or treatment of your personal data for the purposes expressed in the present notice, within the terms of the previously mentioned procedure, it will be understood that you give your consent for POSADA SANTA FE TO give your personal data the purposed treatment.
If you consider that your right to protect your personal data has been harmed by any of our employees’ behavior or our actions or answers, or consider that there’s any violation of the dispositions foreseen by the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data Held by Particulars, you can submit a complaint before the IFAI.
PROCEDURE TO REFUSE THE USE FOR SECONDARY PURPOSES, TO REVOKE THE CONSENT OR TO LIMIT THE USE, PROMOTION OR TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
You have to right to refuse your consent for the treatment of your personal data for secondary purposes, understanding that secondary purposes are those that are not directly and necessarily related to the main activity of the contractual relationship between you and POSADA SANTA FE, through a request directed to the POSADA SANTA FE Data Privacy Committee, to the e-mail address contacto@posadasantafe.mx, within the first five working days after you gave your personal data. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY NOTICE
The present Privacy Notice can be changed in any moment to comply with the lawful updates, internal policies, new requests for the delivery of services of Cecilia Herrera Romo or any other cause. In such case, the updates will be available in our website www.posadasantafe.mx
